      Pros

      In some ways the best job I ever had as far as the actual work and purpose of the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Extremely intense and agressive management style. No work/life balance. Often there was yelling and negativity. If you can thrive in that kind environment you will do well.

      Pros

      Their "Real World" demeanor and weekly pay is a great asset as well as the great benefits but something no one as a company can match is the fact of caring. This company truly cares about your life and what you have going on, and will not put you in a position that you are not suitable for and that in itself is honorable.

      Cons

      May take 3 months or more to go perm...though your in "good hands" meanwhile but dealing with the fact of "not being a perm employee" which in reality isn't actually so bad.
