An entreprenurial spirit within a large organization. Numerous opportunities within the organization and room for growth.

Cons

Mostly engineering focused and lighter on the business side.

My experience was good with my peers and immediate manager. Upper Mgmt (Finance) seemed very unfriendly.

Dont see much room for growth or moving up in the company.

Work is challenging, compensation is better than many other offers, lots of smart engineers, lots of search technology here

Cons

SDE's have to do carry a pager. Not much face time with manager each week.
