      good mix of short term (weeks) and long terms (months/year) projects. surrounded by smart people Friday sports startup spirit and yet (Amazon's) deep pockets and one-of-a-kind infrastructure

      lunch can be expensive (downtown Palo Alto)

      1. Things are not very hectic. 2. Reasonably smart people around you. 3. Small company feel 4. Library in men's restroom

      1. Things move really really slowly 2. Depending on which team you are on, you may have to deal with some politics 3. Most of the management is not tech savvy.

      free snacks, free coffee, foosball, ping pong, caltrain proximity, lot of lunch options, good location, great human resources department, great people

      poor management, lack of leadership so great employees eventually left the company, apathy from management that created passive aggressive work environment
