Pros
none, unless you like being spied on by management, or are the office pet. don't need to know the gds system cause being the managers pet, you will be promoted anyway.
Cons
if someone is hired to manage a travel office, at least have travel experience. hire agents that have actual travel experience and know geography. no need to nit pic and look for trouble. aaa is terrible to staff if they have a beef with you. you can be the most traveled, best in sales etc but if management doesnt like you, you are toast. there are alot of double standards at aaa. rules that are made are followed for some and not for others. new enlightened management would do wonders
