      Pros

      Some Department Managers allow the staff to do their job. Some departments care about Work life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of stress. Low pay. No appreciation. Flavor of the month for executives dictates ever changing policies. Most management does nothing. Very TOP HEAVY.

      Pros

      Nice building, some good co-workers.

      Cons

      Favoritism, very old school rules, unreasonable expectations, nobody cares about you, people don’t even know each other’s names, affairs left and right between upper and mid-management with subordinates. They will hire anyone because they’re desperate, high turnover. When they get good people, they run them off.
