      Great place to start a career.

      Pros

      The benefits package is great and the pay is fair. The best thing about being a manager at AAA is that the benefits, pay, and bonus structure for everybody on the team is great. You're able to give your team what they deserve, and in return manage a team where you can really help them accomplish their goals. The customers are generally kind as they are usually focused on vacation and coming in for adventures --- they're not often coming into the office for anything roadside assistance related outside of being prepared for future disasters. Work like balance is great and they like to make sure you don't work much more than what you're salaried to.

      Cons

      One potential downside if you're used to a retail management position is that this is more of an office manager position. You're sitting at a desk a lot and it's much quieter than your typical retail job. Sometimes days go by slower for these reasons, but there are plenty of operations to keep you busy.

      Pros

      This is an organization of very nice people. We help our members when they need us so, we have many reasons to be proud of what we do every day. I have a team of great individuals and we come together to get things done. AAA Club Alliance has demonstrated true determination to provide equality for everyone who works here.

      Cons

      We all work from home, so I miss seeing people sometimes. We do have video meetings with our teams, but there are others I don't get to see.

      I've been at AAA for 10 years and love it. I never plan to leave

      Call volume is high so that can be difficult esp with hard calls
