Lots of Pros: People, culture, flexible work model (hybrid), opportunity to take the brand to the next level, supportive environment, excellent leadership, etc.

Cons

Pay compared to industry is on the low end. Suspect some are resistant to change and change is absolutely necessary in order to ensure our future success. Interior design could use a little creative magic to make it feel less corporate and foster creativity.
