Decent first job for a Software Engineer

Really nice people work here. The office environment is pretty nice and the building has a cafeteria. It is good for internships or as your first professional job as a software engineer. It can definitely be valuable experience. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

For mid to senior level engineers it is not a great environment, especially if you like working on new technologies. There are very few code quality and testing standards. Management should be more technical and understand the development process. Very little growth opportunities in the software development group. Very isolated development environment.
