Company full of opportunities

Pros

Amazing company to learn while you earn. Great for HS and College grads looking for their first job. Once you are an employee you will have access and visibility to all sorts of jobs in IT, Marketing, HR, Travel, Member Relations, Insurance, Finance, etc, etc. AAA Northeast is a business of businesses.

Cons

Hard to come up with any Cons. If you are a good worker with a good work ethic, this is a great Company to start, stay, learn, contribute be part of a team and possibly retire from,

Terrific company benefits work life balance. Poor commission payouts

Commissions were low, barely took home conmission

Pros

A lot of health benefits

Cons

Only care about call time. Not at all concerned with employees mental well being at job. Encourages employees to lie to members for satisfaction. Does not have empathy for employees. Pay is not competitive.work force is annoying. Always has issues with work software but takes no company responsibility.
