Pros

I appreciated that during Covid in 2020 they kept everyone employed by letting us all work from home. They even provided the equipment so basically you just needed high speed internet access to be able to work Overtime was usually available especially on the weekends and during inclement weather.

Cons

This is a high volume call center. Alot of the customers are extremely rude and verbally abusive. I feel like management lets the customers get away with how they speak to us. I have been cussed out and even threatened with bodily harm. also another annoying issue is micromanagement from work force. I should not have to be questioned about my bathroom breaks, just saying, or if I am 5 minutes late coming back from lunch. when you work from home things happen.
