Pros

Free Premier Membership, you get $3.00 every time a mbr makes a payment on their dues or adds a member. Working after 6pm you get .75 raise. Tuition Reimbursements available. You get to work from the comfort of your own home, or if you want a hybrid model you can do 3 days at work & 2 days at home. There is always new & exciting Pilot Programs that you can be a part of, to excel your career. Come & join one of Rhode Island's greatest places to work now for the past several years. AAA has over 50 self-development courses that help your professional growth & we also also have free classes with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access. WE are nationwide so you can transfer to any club in the US. Right now I am taking an eight month Career Exploration program funded by AAA where it helps you understand which business line you fit into. It's a big investment for the club for future success. This company cares ALOT about its employees and is always willing to listen. Management makes you feel empowering. Also, there is always OT available. Being able to help someone after they have broken down on the road, is extremely fulfilling.

Cons

AAA has been tremendously busier that ever before the past year, so there is always work that needs to be done. If you like a fast paced environment, with ALWAYS room for improvement, then you have come to the right place. I really don't have anything back to say.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for all the work you do to help us serve our members and achieve our goals. And, thank you for the feedback for management! We wouldn’t be able to provide the level of service we strive for without the dedication of employees like you-- thanks again!

Toxic

Pros

Honestly do not have any positive statements to make.

Cons

Toxic Leadership, Boys Club, Hours to Pay were terrible, on-call 24/7, gas-lighting, growth was controlled by one person in the whole department so there was absolutely no growth opportunities if they felt you were in the "right spot" despite the personal awareness and knowledge that you were not. Other departments may have been better, but this one was terrible
