AAA Northeast treats all their employees with respect. You are not just a number at AAA. They also have lots of opportunities for advancement. They are a "business made up of businesses" which allows for careers in Insurance, Finance, Membership, Roadside Assistance, and Travel. They have office positions, positions on the road, and positions working from home. They also offer competitive pay and benefits. They also value a diverse workforce and make it a focus. I believe AAA has one of the highest amount of long term employees.

Cons

Growing pains. Our rapid growth has made it a challenge to keep up with members needs at times.
