Pros

AAA supports it's employees and their long term growth. The resources offered to employees for development is robust. Management takes great care in building relationships with employees, finding out what success looks like to them, and then help the employee to achieve it. Excellent work life balance. Employee benefits are the best I've ever had. All of the facilities I have worked in have been clean, comfortable and recently renovated.

Cons

Can't think of one con.

Cons

Because of the multiple business lines and nature of certain roles, communication to all employees can sometimes be difficult

Pros

AAA Northeast is very employee-centric. They care extensively about members as well, but this is done through how well they care for and support employees. Amazing culture to be a part of. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. HR is always available for a personal development conversation as well. Pay is pretty good and getting better. Over the last few years, drastic changes have been made to modernize and contemporize both processes and mindsets. Diversity has been a dedicated initiative and great strides are being made. Great work is done in the community both from an advocacy standpoint and through volunteerism and charitable support. The emotional needs of employees are also met as everything and more was done for employees during the pandemic and we were given great support and flexibility. Renovations and innovation are taking place as well. The company knows they need to keep up with the times and over the last few years have really started to make noticeable changes. The benefits are also incredible and are constantly evaluated and added to, to meet the diverse needs of the employee base. Lastly, the CEO is always willing to listen. Even if things can't happen immediately he takes all employee thoughts and opinions into personal consideration.

Cons

I see no cons at AAA. Even if you aren't sure of the exact role you want, start anywhere and begin to have the conversation around cross training and other opportunities. Internal talent development is a major priority.
