Pros

Honestly do not have any positive statements to make.

Cons

Toxic Leadership, Boys Club, Hours to Pay were terrible, on-call 24/7, gas-lighting, growth was controlled by one person in the whole department so there was absolutely no growth opportunities if they felt you were in the "right spot" despite the personal awareness and knowledge that you were not. Other departments may have been better, but this one was terrible

Pros

The team empowers each other There is always someone who is available and willing to help Everyone is really patient and understanding The onboarding process and training is amazing Great work-life balance Supported career development and growth Diverse, Inclusive Great insurance package/benefits program Competitive compensation Management is involved and makes our team feel like a family Not being micromanaged is amazing Our VP is amazing, my direct supervisor is amazing, the team is amazing. Everyone gets along. There's no "clique" feeling. I've worked for several companies in the past where I've dreaded work every day and I was miserable. For AAA Northeast I am actually enjoying working, time literally flies by and I look forward to it every day. The weekends are still nice obviously, but getting to the weekend isn't what drives me anymore. I love my job!

Cons

None. The only thing I can think of is due to covid and having to work from home, there are team members in other business lines I wish I could engage with and collaborate with more. Having said that, we are all brainstorming on ways to improve upon the work-from-home experience currently. It's actually amazing aside from wanting to see people from other business lines more often. So many great ideas were brought up and I'm excited to see what's to come! Management is so caring in making sure our needs are met, always looking for ways to improve and open to constructive criticism at all times. It is such a safe and welcoming space.
