Very low stress environment, very employee friendly, objectives are easily outlined and support is provided anytime.

Cons

A higher base salary to offset lean months would be nice. Challenged economic conditions makes consumer demand for life insurance programs less in demand. Yet, sales agents with families are really struggling.

They promote everybody and anybody.

Cons

Goals are too high, leads not responsive. They want you to be customer service agents without the pay. Only 10 days off a year in the year 2026. Work Saturdays. No base pay. Basically work for free. Use to be a great company to work with, pay use to be great. Went downhill!
