Awesome atmosphere. Everyone from my level, all the way to the top is personable and eager to help. The opportunity for advancement is there and in an atmosphere you want to be in long-term. The training provided was sufficient and there's ongoing support.

Cons

None, honestly. I knew that wasn't going to be my forever job when I started, and it was time for me to move on.
