Good name and system, independence on day to day operation. Monday they Friday, home in evenings. No weekends or evenings..

Cons

Ownership is never involved and when they are they have no idea what's going on. Nothing is ever good enough

Cons

No benefits whatsoever. Requires driving your own vehicle upwards of 50+ miles every day for minimum of 5 days per week.
