It is a corporation based on profit--which means at times $$ become more important than quality, etc.

Huge income capabilities. Fast paced if in a good market. Pick your market very carefully if you have a choice.

Cons

Hero to zero mentality. A lot of unrealistic expectations. Don't allow a 1099 as you are an employee. Long hours and weekends.
