      Pros

      Been at AAPC for a long time and I've consistently observed one thing: This company always does the right thing for their employees and their customers, even if it hurts the "bottom line". CEO is fantastic. Employees are fantastic. Executive team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mostly remote workforce now, which brings the usual plusses and minuses.

      Pros

      Like any growing company navigating modern challenges within the economy, labor market, healthcare industry, technology, and competition, there are problems along the way, but AAPC continues to excel and grow.

      Cons

      Flexibility (work-life-balance, work-from-home, etc.) can be abused by staff which leads to some indivdiuals taking advantage of they system and burdening others.
