      Pros

      Fun people to work with. I have made several friends here that I now do stuff with outside of work. Training is ongoing and focused on not just the products but helping me be a better sales rep. My team lead cares about me and is helping me be successful. I have clear goals and know what to do. The manager and the vice president are open to new ideas and removes obstacles for us. I not only make an hourly amount but commissions and then I made another $100 bucks last week on the games on top of that. That really makes the day go by fast! There is a salad bar and sandwich lunch and it's all FREE! I love that and it helps me save money.

      Cons

      Not sure what I would say here. I think management is trying to help us be successful but I feel we could use more marketing. I work on customer lists and some prospect lists and it's harder to sell to prospects. I know this sounds bad but add more choices for lunch.

      AI and India is closing all positions. No work for you! You get to train your replacement.

      Cons

      If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
