      Colleagues were great. Product and Edu teams are great. That’s about it

      Cons

      Toxic leadership in sales - B2B specifically. Witnessed multiple rounds of blindside layoffs. People are constantly put on PIPs by leaders not achieving their own KPIs. Not a place to grow professionally

      As an executive leader, I read all of our reviews on Glassdoor and always take the time to investigate specific claims. While I don't know you personally, I reached out to your peers in Sales, Product and Marketing and shared your concerns. All agreed that your sentiments do not match their experiences at AAPC. I recognize it's hard when the decision to leave an organization is out of your hands. I also recognize that, in the heat of the moment, you may get some satisfaction by posting a hyperbolic negative review.       Pros

      The company culture is fantastic and I appreciate the engagement efforts that are put on. I love the flexibility that AAPC provides, it's been such a great place to work.

      Cons

      One downside to working remotely is not having the opportunity to get to know my co-workers on a daily basis.
