      A good company, but inconsistent and poor management

      Pros

      Great company culture overall, great personnel and staff. Great resources and products to offer the market and industry.

      Cons

      Direct sales management is inconsistent and offers conflicting feedback. Coaching is punitive, harsh and uninspiring. You cannot gain a positive outcome by using negative means in attempting to coach your team! Direct management is assumptive. You are briefly trained among the many processes, resources and systems we manage, then expected to be fluent and highly proficient with those same resources. Unrealistic expectations!

      Pros

      I feel so grateful to get to work at AAPC. It really provides such a unique work environment where you get to feel valued, challenged, and supported. Management pushes you to do better in a way that shows they really believe in you and what you can offer. I’m so used to working in toxic work environments that it’s crazy to have a job now that is so opposite. Management is super flexible with family duties and makes sure you aren’t overworked or overwhelmed. The pay is competitive and is one of the many reasons you feel valued and genuinely motivated to better the company. I’ve only been at AAPC for 3 months and have already referred a friend to apply for an open position. It’s really cool getting to brag to people about where you work.

      Honestly, no cons. Only the pros I mentioned above.
