      Pros

      AAPC is continually evolving to meet industry demands. Being a part of that is exciting. Never content with the status quo, all employees are trying to improve their service and feel part of a large team effort. Supervisors 'hear' you and provide feedback to help you succeed. AAPC offers a continual learning environment for both its members and its employees. Education is provided for employees to excel if they choose to access it. Location is close to freeway access and parking is easy and available.

      Cons

      I have tried to determine a negative and I honestly am very happy here. Co-workers are cooperative and helpful to each other. I hope to stay a very long time.

      AAPC offers opportunity for learning, growth, and advancement. AAPC is an organization that is on the move and growing fast, creating an exciting and active experience with lots of new opportunities. AAPC is a entrepreneurial environment, where all levels roll up their sleeves and work on projects, but today also has the benefits you would see from a big corporation (just not all the corp red tape).

      Cons

      It is a very fast placed aggressive environment, so people who don't like that speed would not be happy. Those that like the speed and opportunity that comes with this environment will thrive and love it here.

      Pros

      Management and leadership spend a lot of time and money making sure their employees have a great experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes the things provided to employees to create a great experience do not address the actual issue ie. System's functioning properly (or at all). So mid level executives are hard to work with.
