      My boss is fantastic. The marketing department is full of caring and fun colleagues. I'm growing skills to further my career in satisfying ways.

      Cons

      Company culture can be old fashioned. Headquarters office space is in a weird industrial park food desert. IT has an unhealthy fixation on Microsoft products.

      The work environment can be fast-paced, with periods of high stress as we navigate challenges. However, teamwork is a strong part of the culture, and I always feel supported when facing demanding situations.
