      Pros

      AAPC offers many perks to its employees. It has an amazing kitchen with soup and salad offered daily that even includes a soda machine. It has an onsite gym that has good equipment. Employees receive two ski passes a month to use at any resort in the state. They implemented unlimited PTO, which helps employees manage their work/life balance. The environment at AAPC is competitive and fast-paced! If you like to collaborate with a great team of people that get things done, this place is great.

      Runs lean, sometimes you feel overwhelmed with the workload.

      Pros

      Great opportunity and visionary goal. They left me alone to do the job I was hired to do and accomplished a great feat on my own.

      Cons

      Very political, if you're not one of the Jones, you were an outcast. They lack the training necessary to be productive and the process was forever changing. Poor lack of communication from executives running the show as expectations were as clear as mud.
