Pros

Mission and compensation are good but they tolerate and promote poor performers

Cons

There is a problem with who they promote. Sexism and nepotism are a problem.

Pros

Great work-life balance, Culture fosters diversity, cooperation, and inclusion, Pension on top of 401K is unheard of nowadays

Cons

Meetings tend to be long and unproductive, "coasting" mentality among many employees, some in leadership pursue costly projects that don't add value and actually undermine current business operations
