Pros

Great benefits, great salary, employees are recognized for their contributions. The social mission is important.

Cons

Some employees are concerned about the lack of promotions from within the organization. Positions are advertised to employees but often outsiders are hired first. Balance is needed.

Pros

Great teams, opportunities, and projects. Interns are recognized as part of the company who join its great environment and culture. AARP is a company that is constantly looking to innovate with fresh and out of the box ideas from young talent to support the senior community.

Cons

Not to many opportunities to network and meet other interns in this current virtual environment
