Pros

Good starting point if unemployed for a period of time

Cons

They don't consider the jobs they get for us jobs. They call it training. So why were taxes taken out of my check?

Stuck in the past.

Pros

Great mission to end age discrimination and doing well to push public policies through that support the mission.

Cons

Little accountability for decisions and behaviors. Poor relationship between leadership and staff. Top-down authoritarian decision-making. Equity and inclusion disparities prevail despite public portrayal. Public perception appears to be prioritized over employee experience.
