Pros

One of the best companies I worked in. Great managers, friendly team, many internal non-work activities (dinners, sports events, musical group). Ability to work from home. Company puts work safety as top priority, including some medical emergency trainings for volunteers. I liked almost everything.

Cons

Annual salary review is slow
