      Unlimited PTO that can actually be used with regularity. Good benefits.

      Cons

      In the IS division for North America, there is an insistence on going back into the office at least 3 days a week, despite performance staying steady or improving while working from home. Had difficulty with applying for ADA Accommodations.

      Products/equipment are not competitively priced. Other internal, global teams try to steal your project(s) for a possible earned commission check. Management is aware of this and does nothing to correct it. MS Teams tracking software treats you like a child instead of a professional. Projects drag out and are long and tedious.
