-Great functional leader who created developmental opportunities & allowed me to do what I do best; -Commitment to Inclusion of Diversity from Zurich; -industry leading products with global majority market shares;

Cons

-Need better rationalization for requiring specific locations in a gig economy; -Global leaders placed for technical competencies without sensitivity to local norms/culture; -Heavily matrixed organizational structures which created too much inertia which reduce ability to adapt to labor & product markets;

You stay a temp for a year +. So you make $10.50 for a year. Penmac will tell you 6-9 months.

Start with lower base and promise of big commissions, then they will not approve any T&Cs, lost over $20M in sales in 2yrs
