Pros

Great experience working with world class colleagues. Good ideas are supported. Ability to work on overseas projects is frequent. Highly ethical.

Cons

Long hours with poor compensation. Constant overloading with new projects, initiatives from regionally appointed short term assignments with own agendas to detriment of delivering quality results.

Pros

Great benefits, huge corporation, many procedures and guidelines to help employees.

Cons

Employees stick around forever, not much room to move up the ladder. Pretty conservative with work hours (no summer hours, must be in the office 8-5 and doesn't like flextime). HR is almost impossible to rely on. They are very slow and make lots of avoidable errors.
