      Pros

      Have a great deal of autonomy and ability to develop business and growth with the customer. Products are highly regarded and the technical ability of the engineering staff is also highly regarded by the customer.

      Cons

      Political infighting and internal focus and competition is crippling the company. Senior management seem to be unable to direct subordinates to do the right thing. Could be the 3 dimensional structure of the company that propagates management paralysis.
