      Pros

      ABB is a place to learn many things. The company is very process-oriented and customer-focussed. It always welcomes innovative ideas and the management does not hesitate to allow the employees to work on materializing the ideas.

      Cons

      A very conservative environment to work in and the organizational hierarchy is very flat. The work pressure is high when it is close to the release of the project. There is no work from home option, which is a major drawback.
