Pros
ABB is an international company which lives it better than others. It is because ABB coming from two countries whose local market is limited. There fore, they really needed to appeal to worldwide. When I look the last two CEO , I see they both experienced different companies and countries. This refllects positively to the employees.
Cons
My local ABB company could not catch the enegy and management philosophy of world wide ABB. But yhe head office wanted to fix it. Neverthless the local managers resisted on their owm narrow minded style. Thats why i left my job. But i wont hesitate to work with ABB in Europe.
