      The products are phenomenal and the company has a great reputation.

      Cons

      Matrix organization can be tense because there is little alignment between intrests.

      Pros

      ABB employs some really great people, they are all kind and caring. The Employees make several charitable donations throughout the year. The Engineering Department has a lot of knowledge. I have learned so much from so many. It's been an amazing experience.

      Cons

      Too many emails, too many meetings, and too much management. Sending work to other ABB locations. Don't give many raises, when they do its not much.

      Pros

      A very employee orientated company. My pay was on the high end of average for my profession. The benefits were very good.

      Cons

      I had very little exposure to areas outside my immediate responsibility. I was not allowed to be involved with the plant operations. Not much cooperation between departments. I am only writing about the plant I worked at. My experience was probably not common.
