Behind the glossy branding, it’s a company that prioritizes protecting the organization over valuing its people. 4. Bureaucracy over progress ABB is a slow, bloated organization where red tape kills initiative. Innovation and collaboration take a backseat to politics and protecting silos. Decisions are made far away from those doing the work, and employees are left powerless and voiceless
