remote work is ok .... ....

Cons

Low pay compared to competitors, good employees laid off or left, internal leadership broken, no growth path or career direction, every year get the "company is doing great" speech followed by no bonuses and layoffs speech. Lots of internal nepotism and favoritism. Certain teams act like they're in a clique.
