Ot, Medical card Coway provided Commission The boss sometimes buys lunch for me.

Have two bossesssss. First boss said ‘No’,second boss said ‘Yes’. Two company job need to handle on yourself. No guideline or person to refer. No other staff. Salary are fixed but not on the promised date. Overload. Continue Work on your house after office hour.

Owned & Operated Stations (O&Os) have more advantages over an affiliate. Good pay & benefits, the stations are usually in top markets and are the #1 station in that market, lots of resources to pull from, budgets aren't too tight with the backing of Disney.

Cons

You are apart of a massive company so, you can get lost in the corporate structure. You are at the mercy of what ABC national wants, and you can possible work awful hours (its TV news after all).
