      Disneyland admission, free movies (if you respond to the email about tickets quickly), pilot screenings, working on the Disney lot, benefits.

      Lack of respect from management and archaic processes (paper distribution and old proprietary software).

      Pros

      The friends you make in the trenches. They become your family because of all the turmoil from senior team. They are dear friends that have become family.

      Cons

      You will never be promoted or compensated appropriately. In order to get promoted you have to have an offer from outside. Do not ever think you will ever get promoted on merit alone.
