      Management Opportunities Helpful for Sales Experience

      Worked in a few different branches in the Management program with ABC Supply after graduating college. I left the company and I make around 60% more at an entry-level position with another company in another industry. You are essentially required to uproot and move from your family and friends in order to advance your career. If you remain in Inside Sales you will be making low-20's at best with a lot of experience.

      Pros

      The Hendricks family are inspiring leaders who really care about their employees and their community. ABC and their subsidiaries pay well, offer great benefits, and make training a top priority. For such a large organization, they do a great job of creating a sense of community among peers.

      Cons

      The line between work and life can get blurred, taking work home, socializing and working out at work, etc. Maintaining healthy personal boundaries is important.
