      Easy company to work for.

      Cons

      Hours and pay could be better, but for the level of difficulty it seems appropriate. Every branch seems to be different, I've been to 4. Other reviews seem to confirm this is a nationwide phenomenon.

      Pros

      The company offers teriffic benefits and depending on the branch the company does promote from within. The staff, for the most part, was friendly and hard working as well as willing to help and trian one another. If you like to work a lot of overtime this is a good company to do so with.

      Cons

      There is very little work/life balance unless you work in sales or management. All other positions, especially in the warehouse frequently work 60+ hour weeks. The compensation seems to make most employees happy however if you are in the warehouse or a material handler, the hourly rate could definitely be improved.
