They will under cut your commission. Management is poor and plays favorites. Promises they can't keep. Management look after the supplier and will cover there behind and throw their employee under the bus. You think that they have your back. The worst thing about is upper managements knows of branch mangers faults but have no recourse for there actions. No advancement if you are of different color. ABC said they have pride for the Americans. BUT THEY BUY CHINA PRODUCTS AND SELL AS AMERICAN MADE!! Managing partners are the worst!! Drink on the job and are womanizers! Never take for face value when your hired they will lye to your face and deny anything they said. Get all promised information in an email. Million dollar club is a JOKE!! Suckers fall for that!! They pick and choose who they want with for the Million Dollar club. Margins are changed for the Million dollar club. If you are not in good graces and not a woman your screwed. Give account to others that do not have to work to find them. New sales has to hunt while favorites get hand outs on a silver plate. THEY PROVIDE EMPTY PROMISES!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Why do they have house account? Because that is less they have to pay out in commissions. They would rather see a their sales fail. I witnessed a older lady get her accounts taken away because she was making to much money. They started pulling account from her. Why made excuses that the customer requested a new sales rep. They will Proud to me an American ya right!! EOE jobs not apply for ABC. STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
