      At first I thought it was great but then realized the truth, they only care about upper management.

      Pros

      One good thing was that they did offer employee discounts on building materials for personal use. The other good thing was the casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      - poor pay scale - false sense of promotion from within - doesn't value employees more than profits - forced to work outrageous overtime - suddenly laid off without warning - lack of training in high pressure roles (DSM)

      Its an ok job compared to other places but its not the best.

      Pros

      You get paid just enough not to quit. Youre at home everyday unlike other trucking jobs schedule is perfect usually 7 am to 6pm the latest and start as early as 5 am. Theyre good about giving you days off and they pay you all holidays and insurance is averaged. A lot of days its easy but it can turn into a nightmare pretty quick.

      Cons

      Theyre pretty bad about giving raises.They dont have a set increase system like other companies like for example 50 cents after 6 months u have to make sure you negotiate a good starting pay.When ut comes to reviews youre never doing good enough they always find something to keep u at youre same pay.The labor can be real hard at many times u have to perform construction type tasks kike beibg on roofs all the time and its a dangerous job. I think the pay scale is like $3 below what it should be and i think they should be union.Drivers top off at about $18 or $20 and warehouse $15
