They will make you Bend over backwards everyday. You'll have to go the extra mile everyday for people who wouldn't cross the street for you. Preaches family/ team outlook but must not have any clue what a family/ team is. Don't plan on seeing your family in the summer. Also plan on questioning the legitimacy of the thought process of your dispatcher and boss everytime another order gets placed. Alot of back tracking/counter-productivity. SOME managers don't care about you. They care about sales and that's it. Also most managers have white knuckles from gripping their wallet so tight for years

Toxic- horrible for your mental and physical health. The company screams "core values/family".... that is only true if you are upper management-branch manager & above. Managers scheme against each other and take each others customers/sales...there is harassment/bullying/discrimination (against females-as well as minorities )putting drivers & roof walkers in unsafe situations. Some of these reviews are definitely posted by managers/outside sales to make the company "look good"... you'll quickly find out how it really is. Especially if you are in the MD/VA districts. You have some great managers there but those few "bad apples"...are crooked/self absorbed/unethical/arrogant/cunning and sketchy.
