Cons

Except learning anything useful ,you will learn How to waste time of 9–10 hours completely everyday.Lot of employees in this company commute also, Which also takes 2 hours everyday because of the heavy traffic, so one can literally waste 13 hours everyday without doing anything. You wont learn anything about Software or Computer science or any thing related to career growth ,as you will be doing data entry ONLY in Some tools ,You are working in a GLORIFIED call centre. Pay is too …. low ,before 20 years a fresher in CTS was paid 3.2 L ,this is 2019 ,cost of everything has increased 5–10 times ,But still the same pay is given to fresher even now ie: 3.25 L
