They lack the employees they need. Those that do work for them need to wear multiple hats in the organization.

You get what you put into it, and if your not putting in, you will be quickly out the door. It’s great on one hand and scary on the other. Action orientation is a must to be successful and keep your job.

Cons

Old school, really old school. No coaching or development opportunities. Follows the biopharm industry, any downturns will equal reduction in discretionary headcount and spend.
