Change happening slowly . Still toxic as hell. If you brown nose 👃 will be easy job

*Toxic work environment * gossip happens more than work * issues are swept under the rug * changes are not happening fast enough * constant lies in the work area * makes people feel left out and not included * no accountability * everyone knows your business before you do *Job will be threatened with disciplinary action multiple times *cowboys in charge
