Pros

I don't have anything nice to say here. The only pros that I see are the pros that get hired and then walk out the door a couple months later.

Cons

Lots of Micromanagement and Stress Salaries don't equate to what we do, which is multi-million dollar biopharmaceutical equipment skids and multi-billion dollar projects for big name companies in the industry. We the employees get next to nothing in return.

Travel, good work experience, competent staff of workers ready to help and assist with any problem

Cons

The raise could be some What better, but other than that there isn't much more to complain about.

The bonuses at ABEC INC. are good and the lead men besides two they are the worst

Cons

Micromanagement and don't ever try to move up in the company you can forget about that they'll let you go they just make promises and some are racist the two lead men that I mentioned in the pros don't do anything besides sitting down the one lead guy just takes cigarette breaks the whole day and doesn't even know the job and shouldn't be a lead.
