The terminals: drivers, operations and cashiers.

Cons

Corporate inbreeding and weak management. As well as bullying and illegal treatment of employees overlooked by upper management and human resources. Underpaid drivers. Union. Do not pay claims.

Pros

The schedule overall is nice. You work 3 on 3 off 12 hour shifts which gives a lot of free time for personal life (excluding exceptions). The pay is decent which decent insurance and benefits.

Cons

To sum it up: all the responsibility and none of the decision making power. Long hours with high expectations from upper management are compounded by them doing nearly nothing to help you and will not take advice from any of the supervisors. Upper management tries to rule by intimidation and strong arming those below them.
